We currently have an opportunity for a full time Paralegal to join our national legal department based out of our office in Montreal-Nord(Quebec), Tahoe(Ontario), Calgary(Alberta). As a valued team member working in a hybrid environment you will be required to be on site either in office a minimum of three (3) days per week. Here’s where you’ll be focusing: • Assembling and organizing information for legal documents • Drafting various types of legal documents and various template commercial agreements, including supply agreements, service agreements, amending agreements, renewals and subleases according to general instructions for the lawyer’s review • Managing files from opening to the conclusion of the transaction • Managing and assisting with various projects within the legal department • Performing a variety of duties in the area of corporate, commercial.
