Due to the families that have trusted Spectrum of Hope with the care and therapy of their children during their childhood years, we are seeking extraordinary Behavioral Analysts to assist with improving the families in the greater Houston area by providing analytical services. As a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst at Spectrum of hope, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children with different exceptionalities. Not only will you be providing training to caregivers, conducting behavioral evaluations of clients, design behaviors and individual support plans for the clients, but you also are seen as a leader to our technicians and will be educating our future BCBAs. Schedule: Part-time / Per Diem: The schedule will consist of after school between 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm and might include Saturdays Salary: $36.00 - $45.00 per hour as an Independent Contractor Sign On Bonus - up to $5000 or Relocation Assistance Provided ( negotiable) Why Work At Spectrum Of Hope Work/Life balance; Hours 8:30-4:30 Established ABA centers providing services across the Houston area since 2004 while maintaining a small company feel Manageable case load size so you can focus on the clients In-house admin support through admissions teams, insurance teams, scheduling assistance Initial and ongoing training opportunities including CEUs Collaboration with fellow certified and licensed staff Opportunities for advancement, professional development Great benefits package including medical, dental, and vision Company Paid Benefits Paid CEUs so that you can attend professional conferences Access to free/internal CEUs Company paid life insurance policy 401k with employer match HSA with monthly employer contribution Generous PTO policy and paid holidays Referral bonuses Compensation Make up to $105,000 a year including salary and bonuses Day to Day at Spectrum of Hope as a BCBA: Conduct evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments Design, supervise and maintain behavioral reduction plans and skill acquisition plans with goals individualized for each client Train and supervise a team of behavior technicians to implement individualized treatment plans Design caregiver training plans and implement with parents/caregivers of individuals with autism Who You Are Current BCBA certification and behavior analyst license in Texas Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism and their families Job Posted by ApplicantPro
