Qualifications Experience Insurance, 3 years (Required)AMS 360, 1 year (Preferred) License: Property and Casualty License (Required) Full Job Description Licensed Personal or Commercial Account Manager/CSR Duties and Responsibilities: Supports Producer in developing new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects Initiates Renewal Process for Existing clients, and discusses and creates renewal strategy with Producer Analyzes and compares current exposures and develops renewal specifications for marketing Conducts marketing, negotiates rates, reviews quotes and coverages for accuracy and competitiveness Reviews and summarizes marketing results and prepares proposals Reviews policies for accuracy and reviews contracts Prepares summaries and/or schedules of coverage for clients Reviews client accounting history, responds to accounting inquiries, corrects discrepancies and contacts client on receivable collections Participates in the claims process as directed by management, including claim submission, follow-up and overall communication Notifies producer and brokers of pertinent information related to client retention Engages in appropriate usage of agency management system (AMS360) Other duties as assigned Requirements:3+ years insurance service experienceValid insurance licenseHigh school education or beyondDetail orientedExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenExcellent customer services skills, including telephone and listening skillsAbility to function well in a small agency environment, must be pro-active, willing to fill in as needed, a team player
