A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BOOKKEEPER - ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT As our new Bookkeeper - Accounting Assistant, you are a crucial member of our office team! Each day, you have your hands in the many financial operations of our company. Organized and efficient, you are responsible for recording transactions, balancing accounts, and reconciling bank statements. You also competently complete accounts payable and accounts receivable duties as well as assist with payroll processing. Additionally, you accurately create financial reports and standardized procedures for accounting tasks. You work from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday .
