Each shift, you arrive at our office ready to provide top-notch customer service to our amazing clients. When a phone call comes in, you promptly answer and help our customers with anything they need. While on the phone, you make our customers feel heard and well taken care of. You also quickly and thoroughly respond to any emails that come in. After an appointment is scheduled, you dispatch the appropriate technician for each job. Organized and thorough, you make sure every technician is properly briefed before they arrive onsite. Thanks to you, our customers are kept happy, and our technicians get where they need to be !
