Premier Medical Resources is seeking a full-time Entry Level Accounts Payable Processor to join our office in Jersey Village, TX (77040). The ideal candidate should be a team player and knowledgeable. RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs various administrative responsibilities in supporting the daily departmental operations Displays skills in identifying, collecting, researching, analyzing, and solving AP issues Maintains accounts payable systems, including receipts of all invoices, sorting, review of approvals, account numbers, discounts, and payment terms Resolves problems and respond to non-inquires relates to accounts payable records and office policies and operations Processes checks and report daily and monthly quantities Processes Accounts Payable invoices and perform vendor reconciliations REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent (required) Minimum 1 year of handling and posting payments (required) Knowledge of administrative and accounting procedures and systems High degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to details Strong speaking and written communication skills BENEFITS: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k with employer contribution PTO accrual Work Week Schedule: On site in Jersey Village (77040) Monday- Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM; 9:00 AM-6:00 PM About Us: Premier Medical Resources, LLC is a healthcare management company that provides services to a network of healthcare clinics and hospitals around Texas.
