Position: Compliance Administrator / Accounts Receivable Location: Conroe, Texas Supervisor: Vice President Compensation: Salary Exempt/Commensurate with experience Health Benefits: Yes General Job Description: Manage and ensure Company Compliance / Process Accounts Receivables. Basic Job Duties: Communication with multiple clients and staff. Work closely with other company departments and team members. Submit and maintain various types of project compliance documentation. Submit and maintain the company's client pre-qualification . Work closely with the company's insurance agents regarding project insurance compliance. Manage company licensing. Accounts Receivables processing and related duties. Other duties as assigned. General Job Tasks: Collect, organize, complete, and submit pre-qualification information and associated documents. Collect, organize, complete, and submit payroll reports (i.e. Controlled Insurance Program (CIP) reports, Certified Payroll Reports (CPR), LCP Tracker reports, POP reports, B2G reports, etc.). Manage and submit other project compliance documents as required. Generate monthly pay applications. Process change order requests and associated change orders. Generate third-party subcontracts. Manage third-party subcontractor/vendor insurance certificates. Manage third-party subcontractor/vendor compliance requirements. Manage and organize insurance endorsements. Process project closeout documents (i.e. warranties, etc.). Draft and process monthly lien notices. Other tasks as assigned. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of recent verifiable experience. Proficient with MS Office. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management skills. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Strong organizational skills. The following would be desired: Experience in Construction Administration and Accounts Receivables. Experience in ComputerEase or other construction-based software systems.
