Summary: The Talent Champion will be a key part of our off-property team and will be responsible for keeping our employees engaged and growing throughout their time with us.As a key player on our People Team, you will take the lead in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent from within and outside the hospitality industry.Essential aspects of this role include: Recruiting amazing talent for on-property and off-property teams Lead and mentor rising talent throughout the company Work closely with General Managers to identify hiring needs and opportunities Devote time with team members across our portfolio to develop their career paths Establish a develop a company-wide mentorship program Invest in relationships with company leadership Be a resource for all teams for talent growth and development Encourage company culture practices and advocate for our people Core Values: Above all else, we know that a company without values isn't a company at all.
