The Occupational Therapist must be able to evaluate the patient's condition and develop an individualized plan tailored to each client based on the physician's orders. Under indirect supervision, provides rehabilitative and developmental therapy support services for ambulatory or inpatient clients within a specified patient care facility or home setting. Directs patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce and enhance performance. Facilitates the learning of skills and functions essential for adaptation and productivity, diminish or correct pathology, and promote and maintain health. A copy of the summaries will be submitted to the Director of Nursing Requirements Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited occupational therapy programLicensed by and in good standing with TX Board of OT ExaminersTwo (2) years of recent experience as a occupational therapist.
