Pediatric Medical Clinics We are seeking a passionate and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Maeville Pediatrics in Houston, TX, US. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction at our pediatric office. You will be responsible for developing and managing operational processes, leading and managing a team of professionals, maximizing productivity and efficiency, and monitoring the progress of workflows. Additionally, you will be in charge of developing plans to streamline operations, ensuring regulatory and legal compliance, and devising and executing strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness. You should be a strong leader with excellent problem-solving skills, as well as an ability to manage complex projects with multiple deadlines. If you are a passionate professional with an eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence, this is a great opportunity for you. Salary: $90,000. Responsibilities:• Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned pediatric medical clinics, including setting up/maintaining schedules, ensuring quality of care, and evaluating performance• Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient workflows, patient flow, and cost containment• Monitor staff performance and evaluate patient care services to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and guidelines• Maintain communication with other medical staff and departments to coordinate activities and address patient needs• Develop and monitor budgeting and financial plans to ensure financial stability Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration, or a related field• 5+ years of management experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in Pediatrics• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to acquire and accurately retain new subject matter• Possess a valid US Work Authorization• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Compensation: $90,000 About Company: Maeville Pediatrics is a place where children can feel at home while receiving top-quality health care in a comforting setting.
