Responsibilities:• Greet and welcome visitors to our model homes with a warm and friendly demeanor.• Offer guided tours of the model homes.• Maintain a neat and organized appearance of the model homes, ensuring they are always show-ready.• Collect visitor information and maintain accurate records for follow-up purposes.• Assist the sales team in coordinating appointments and managing visitor traffic.• Create a positive and memorable experience for every visitor, leaving a lasting impression of our company. Qualifications:• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• A friendly and approachable demeanor with a genuine passion for customer service.• Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.• Professional appearance and demeanor.• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
