Growing Real Estate team seeking full-time licensed real estate assistance. Looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong desire to learn the ins and outs of the real estate business. Strong communication and time management skills are essential along with the ability to multi-task between multiple roles and tasks. Responsibilities:• Coordinate all elements of events, including marketing activities• Assist in overseeing daily operations• Monitor and order office supplies and manage office equipment• Handle administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and answering phones• Guide and help with the onboarding of new employees• Compile and maintain records and reports related to operations Qualifications:• Ability to multi-task between multiple roles and tasks• Strategic thinking• Excellent time management skills• Exceptional written and verbal communication• Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service• Team focused• High school diploma; Associate’s degree a plus Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly About Company: The team provides expertise in all areas of professional Real Estate services and has carved out a niche in New Construction home sales.
