The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in complex civil litigation and regulatory enforcement/investigation matters. Strong academic qualifications, excellent writing skills, and a valid license to practice law in Texas are essential. Duties:Handle complex civil litigation cases from inception to resolution.Conduct legal research and analysis on regulatory enforcement and investigation matters.Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Represent clients in court proceedings and before regulatory bodies.Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and management.Conduct depositions, interviews, and client meetings.Provide legal counsel to clients on a variety of litigation issues.Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the practice area. Requirements:3-6 years of experience in litigation.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.License to practice law in Texas.Strong interest in complex civil litigation and regulatory enforcement/investigation matters.Excellent writing and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure. Skills:Strong interest in complex civil litigation and regulatory enforcement/investigation matters.Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.Effective oral and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Experience in handling depositions, court proceedings, and client interactions.
