Duties/Responsibilities: Work closely with Program Manager and Client Management to understand and meet needs/expectations Liaison between the production team and the Program Manager. Maintain staffing levels as required by the client. Ensure client orders are processed and filled timely. Track and Manage site Attendance Report Collect data for time worked and distribute, for approval, to department managers. Complete on-the-job accident/injury reports. Forward to Corporate WC dept. Direct employees on proper procedure for filing claims; direct to appropriate medical facility if necessary. Handle employee department transfers and shift change requests. Conduct facility safety inspections; observe, determine & report unsafe conditions & unsafe employee actions Distribute paychecks Follow-up on payroll discrepancies. Prepare and deliver disciplinary notices as needed. Edit Employee time punches
