My name is Dimi, I am 21, and I am currently majoring in Fashion Merchandising and Managment at Berkeley College Online. I am seeking employment as a Business Assistant for an Entrepreneur who needs help. I have been working in Customer Service and Retail for 5 years. Within those 5 years, I have also been working as a Receptionist/Assistant. I have experience working with small businesses both in Fashion and Beauty. I can help you and your business with: - Answering phones and assist customers with placing orders and locating packages - Responding to emails. - Processing returns. - Packaging orders. - Unpacking and sorting merchandise. - Creating relevant and engaging content. - Add new merchandise to the website - Assistance during Photoshoots - Creating social media content. - Posting on social media outlets - Assistance with other general administrative tasks and special projects VIRTUALLY I am available full time. I will be able to answer emails, post on social media, and create content during your normal customer service business hours. PHYSICALLY I am only available part-time on these days: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. I am willing to work on Sundays to prepare for the following week.
