About Us: Garden Kitchen has evolved from the practice of Dr. Baxter Montgomery, who has been a practicing cardiologist for years in the Houston area. At age 38, Dr. Montgomery had to take stock of his own health. He had to face the fact that his cholesterol was far into the not-so-healthy zone. This, coupled with his mother’s complications with heart disease and diabetes, forced him to reevaluate not only his diet, but his practice as a cardiologist. Responsibilities: Greeting and assisting customers Stocking and organizing shelves Confirming Online Orders Taking Inventory Promoting and Selling Items Answering incoming phone calls Requirements: Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales Basic PC knowledge Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS Good math skills Strong communication and time management skills Customer satisfaction-oriented High school degree Nice to Haves Prior work experience at a plant-based restaurant or health food store An associates degree or higher 3 or more years of experience Compensation $15 - $18 per hour Medical Insurance, Vision and Dental PTO Corporate Gym Membership
