Townsen Memorial Surgery Center is looking to hire an ASC Manager for our surgery center in Spring , TX. This role is responsible to help maintain the day-to-day operations and for overseeing and coordinating the nursing and administrative department. RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitors and reinforces policies, procedures and ethical conduct Provides oversight and training to the intake, front desk, medical assistants and scheduling departments Resolves issues in a real-time environment, including customer service issues and patient complaints Oversees staff regarding work assignments, clinical priorities and performance issues of clinical staff Maintains medical and staff records Orders medical and office supplies Reviews and approves employee timesheets Helps to build a culture of respect, accountability and trust Ensures compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws and high ethical standards REQUIREMENTS: 2 years in a leadership role in a surgical setting (e.g. charge nurse/board runner) (required) Registered Nurse in the State of Texas Current BLS, ACLS and PALS Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Strong knowledge of operations, including a strong clinical background specifically in surgery BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Vision 401k with employer contribution PTO ABOUT US: Townsen Memorial Hospital is a CIHQ-accredited surgical hospital that also has multiple outpatient departments in the Houston metropolitan area.
