Account Coordinator The Account Coordinator supports multiple groups within the company on both internal and external marketing and fulfillment efforts. They are responsible for handling everything from project initiation through planning and execution to ensure that quality of work meets all program objectives and is delivered in a timely, cost-effective manner. They manage collaboration by serving as the day-to-day point of contact between the client (external clients and internal stakeholders), the creative services team, and internal marketing team members handling various fulfillment projects. This individual has proven hands-on experience interfacing with clients in a positive manner and the ability to communicate and balance expectations of both clients and internal parties. They should be able to build and nurture relationships while ensuring project timeliness, budget, and execution quality. The Account Coordinator role requires a highly organized, nimble problem solver, with excellent written and oral communication skills. This position reports to the Director of Digital Marketing and works with the internal Marketing, Digital, Sales, and Events teams. Energy, marketing agency, or media services experience is a plus. Additional Responsibilities Project management-Manage marketing communications projects across media in a highly matrixed organization, track and report on the process, and move the process forward on time, on budget, with minimal errors and the highest quality deliverables Clear professional communication-As the account manager for clients and internal stakeholders, you must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to effectively manage stakeholder expectations while simultaneously upholding the vision and standards of the client Problem-solving ability-Setting appropriate expectations, managing conflict, and tracking resources requires this person to possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to negotiate deadlines with stakeholders and make appropriate resource trade-offs in a fast-moving and ever- changing environment Artistic sensibility-While this role is primarily a project management function, you should understand the company's creative standards and vision, and assist in enforcing guidelines and routing questionable materials for review Technical proficiency-this role requires a firm understanding of software programs (such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), the ability to work with project management platforms (such as Monday or ClickUp), and an understanding of common marketing files types (such as jpg, png, eps, pdf, Adobe files, mp4, mov) Business acumen-Ensure projects run smoothly with strong organization and communication skills while looking for opportunities for continuous process improvement Working Conditions Frequently required to stand, occasionally required to walk, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers, including but not limited to keyboard usage, etc. Regularly required to lift up to 5 pounds, frequently lift up to 10 pounds, occasionally required to lift up to 15 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Noise level in the environment is moderate. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant concentration or relevant experience Three or more years of account or project management experience ideally in digital B2B marketing Demonstrate exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills Show competency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of a project management program like Monday or UpClick is a plus Understand file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures Work well on tight deadlines Work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to collaborate, facilitate, and actively contribute to the effectiveness of the marketing and fulfillment team Create and monitor project schedules and calendars and ensure deadlines are met Schedule meetings/calls and record notes in each meeting Track and communicate project status with internal and cross-functional teams Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings Work with team leads to assign projects, communicate progress to team members and other stakeholders, and manage project budgets Assist with gathering data and information from various sources to create campaign and project reports Job Posted by ApplicantPro
