Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws of staff and visitors. Responsibilities include planning, assigning and directing work for lifeguards, addressing complaints and resolving problems, creating work schedule and balancing employee hours, and maintaining compliance. Minimum 18 years of age. Operation of Bob S. Owen pool. Supervise assistant pool manager and lifeguards. Enforcement of pool rules. Previous experience in management. Work closely with LTS Coordinator Requirements: Current Red Cross certified lifeguard, and first aid and CPR. Minimum 18 years of age.
