You will collaborate with the estimating team to establish a budget for projects, and you will lead presentations of proposals to clients. Communication - You will lead interviews and presentations to clients and architects. You are an articulate speaker and are comfortable presenting to up to 10 people for 1-2 hours at a time Team Leader - You will work closely with the estimating team to finalize budgets, schedules, and deliverables to clients and architects Client Focused - You will assist in Business Development and networking efforts with current and future clients, architects, and subcontractors Big Picture Thinker - You will work closely with the Leadership Team to help structure and carry-out all departmental strategic objectives This role might be for you if... You have 10+ years working in a construction management role including Preconstruction/Estimating Experience in the AEC industry You are willing to periodically travel throughout the State of Arizona You have strong leadership and business skills You have the ability to get an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card and can pass a background check You have a valid driver's license and must be insurable by our insurance company A 4-Year Bachelor's degree is a plus Job Posted by ApplicantPro
