Description:
The intern in this program will handle several Human Resources related duties within the HR Department. May be assigned to an HR Project for research and development. This will be a paid internship and we can work with your availability.Responsibilities, projects, and assistance that may be assigned: Assist with Recruitment of qualified Applicants by phone screening and scheduling interviews Assist with processing new hires Assist with reviewing applicants in an Applicant Tracking System Review resumes and applications May Attend Job Fairs May assist with other duties within the HR Department with some being at an administrative level.Communications: Ability to communicate effectively to applicants by email, phone screens, system letters Ability to work independently and within a team Ability to compose written correspondences by email, letter and fax if necessaryRequirements:High School Diploma or equivalentEnrolled in an Human Resources Related Major or MinorAbility to utilize Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, Office, etc.)Strong analytical, statistic and organizational skillsAbility to communicate effectively and build interpersonal relationships Job Posted by ApplicantPro
