Hiring Area: Houston , TX Full Job Description: What we offer: Longevity Bonus: $3,500 (paid out on your 1-year anniversary) Pay: $1,800 to $2,000 per week on average depending on experience and length of haul The average annual pay of $90,000 to $100,000 Minimum pay program Stay out for one month then have 7 full days at which will give you time with family 100% no-touch freight, 50% drop and hook to maximize your miles New equipment with automatic transmissions Assigned trucks that you take home with you Trucks equipped with Sirius XM, Direct TV, Flat Screen TV, and refrigerator Running area of Northeast, Midwest and Southeast Paid on all miles loaded or empty What you will get: Paid orientation - $500 for 2 and half days Travel and meal covered during orientation Low-cost Medical Benefits available after 60 days Safety bonus Rider policy for family 18 and older Pet policy with no breed or weight restriction Holiday pay and be home for every major holiday Vacation pay after one year 401 with company match What you will need: Class A CDL license 6 months of tractor-trailer experience (dry van or reefer) in the last 3 years No DOT recordable accidents in the last 3 years No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years Read, write and speak English to communicate with the public, and understand highway traffic signs, and signals. Respond to official inquiries and make entries on reports and records Operate Elog system (Qualcom) How you get the job: Go through the application/approval process which takes about 24 to 48 hours Once you have met all the requirements for the position we will extend an offer of employment Once you accept the offer of employment we will schedule a start date for you to attend orientation and complete the onboarding process which will include a road test, pre-employment urine drug test and DOT physical.
