You will work closely with the firm’s clients, administrative staff, and senior partners. Responsibilities: • Record and update the status of all case files in the case management system• Supervise and delegate tasks to the team of legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary• Govern personal injury case files from inception to completion• Serve as legal counsel on the clients’ behalf at hearings, mediations, trials, depositions, and litigation• Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriate Qualifications: • State Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatory• Computer proficiency is essential• Bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree is required• Up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, wrongful death, civil and family law, medical terminology, and medical malpractice is imperative• 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, or civil litigation practice areas is needed Compensation: $120,000 About Company: About Our Company The Crash Team – The Galvan Law Firm is a rapidly growing personal injury law firm based in Sugar Land, Texas.
