Internal Medicine physician job in Texas : Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Missouri City, TX Are you a rockstar looking to make a positive impact in the community? Schedule: Full-time: 40 hours/Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm or 4-10 hour shifts (Your Selected Day) Compensation : $160,000.00 - $205,000.00 Bonus structures, paid holidays, mental health days No weekends, no call, and tuition reimbursements Benefits: Dental, health, and vision insurance 403b Retirement Savings Plan, Human Metric, Trauma-Informed Care Program Employee Assistance Program Job Summary: Provide comprehensive medical services for all ages and genders, ensuring safe and efficient clinical care. Attend patient care meetings and other professional activities. Prepare records and reports as required. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct patient examinations Record medical history Order and interpret tests Analyze findings and make accurate diagnoses Administer treatments and prescribe medications Promote health through advice on diet and hygiene Determine and recommend modified diet and physical activities Perform surgical procedures within competency Refer patients to specialists when necessary Oversee, review, supervise, and act as a preceptor to family practice residents Qualifications: Licensed by the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners Board eligibility in Family Practice or Internal Medicine (certification desirable) Minimum one year of practice experience High ethical standards Well-organized, self-directed, and a team player Ability to relate to culturally diverse patients Excellent communication skills, basic Spanish strongly preferred Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents
