What You Will Do Identify, engage, and market to prospects in the local business community using various sales methods Maintain a target client list in various vertical market segments Collaborate closely with other divisions within the firm to cross-sell and effectively service existing clients Prepare and coordinate presentations for clients and potential clients, focusing on both renewal and new business opportunities Provide year-round consulting expertise to clients on topics such as long-term strategic planning, compliance, wellness, and cost containment strategies Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Managers for proactive client account management What You Will Bring Bachelor's Degree preferred Texas Life & Health license preferred Sales experience with proven success demonstrated Business-to-Business prospecting experience preferred Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and have the ability to deliver effective presentations to groups A foundational understanding of Microsoft Office; comfortable with modern technology What You Will Experience Competitive compensation package Professional development track to support career growth Generous time-off allowance, as well as major holidays Comprehensive benefit selection, including company 401(k) match Gym membership reimbursement Support for work/life integration, with flexible work from home options available.
