Join our Baker Hughes Sales Team! Responsible for activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives. Partner with the best As a Sales Manager, you'll be involved in planning and development for the overall sales strategy of your team. In a high-impact, Exciting environment, you'll work with exclusive product lines. As a trusted leader, you'll deliver successful outcomes for customers through innovation, strategic solutions, good relationships and thorough business understanding. As a Sales, you will be responsible for: Developing a solid pipeline of energy transition projects in the North America for 2023 and 2024 Transforming leads into orders. Delivering an order plan by managing complex commercial and technical sales processes through involving client and internal stakeholders Positioning the company as a critical partner for the carbon capture, hydrogen, ammonia, integrated power, geothermal and energy storage markets Leading sales creative solutions together with the product lines Staying close to industry and government trends and discovering the sources of project funding and identifying key partnerships and alliances Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Eight years of experience in sales, commercial or other business roles. Display the ability to take ownership, execute and shape results in a global-matrix organization Possess ability to close complex deals / business agreements. Be a deal maker Show knowledge of energy key technologies ... compression, turbines, carbon capture, hydrogen, power gen., liquefaction, etc. Have a broad and intimate network in the Energy and/or Industrial market in the Americas. Demonstrate written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences and leadership team members. Experience in either carbon capture, hydrogen or power markets.
