BFT is a science backed program that elite athletes use, made accessible for thegeneral population. BFT coaches motivate, guide, train, build, and invest in each member’s journey.As the Head Coach, you will oversee all studio coaches, own all aspects of the member training experience andwork closely with the owner/franchisee/studio manager to deliver the studio’s member growth and profitabilityaspirations.This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to get in with our team and help share the BFT brand,community and experience to all people, everywhere. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Exhibit and satisfy all duties & responsibilities that exist for a BFT coach Deliver pre-designed sessions/workouts to groups of up to 36 clients Energize and motivate clients throughout class Build BFT class attendance and retain current clientele Teach proper technique to ensure clients have a safe and positive experience Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and developing coaches Have strong understanding of the different BFT sessions, as well as distinguishing features between each Handle member concerns when applicable Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed Set up equipment and explain session intention and flow for prospects and new clients Maintain strong social media presence to increase class following Qualifications: Exhibit and satisfy all requirements that exist for a BFT coach Must have a 4-year degree (in a related field) and/or a nationally recognized PT certification Coaching experience preferred Love of boutique fitness is a must – passion for strength training is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to create a high energy, positive environment that welcomes all people Fantastic communication that exudes energy AND empathy Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals Passion for having fun daily and making every customer excited to train with BFT Must exude charisma & thrive in a group environment Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification Powered by JazzHR
