Responsibilities: • Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files• Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload• Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys alongside the marketing team in order to help grow our prospective client base• Conduct various tasks around the office such as managing spreadsheets, writing emails, faxing and copying, and transcribing notes to make sure all processes run smoothly• Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent needed, while a Bachelor’s degree is desired• Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency• CRM and case management software experience a plus• Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills• Previous legal experience a plus Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly About Company: We are a growing law firm with locations in Bay City, Texas and in Houston, Texas that handles family, probate, estate planning, medicaid planning and guardianship matters.
