Here are the job details:Job Overview:The Banking And Finance Associate Attorney will provide legal support and counsel in banking and finance matters. The ideal candidate must possess relevant law firm experience, exceptional client service skills, and be a member of the Bar in a U.S. State.Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis on banking and finance laws and regulations.Draft and review various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and transactional documents.Assist in negotiating and structuring financing transactions.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on banking and finance matters.Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on complex cases and transactions.Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediation as needed.Requirements:2-3 years of relevant law firm experience in banking and finance law.Highly motivated with superior client service skills.Must be a member of the Bar in a U.S. State and satisfy any requirements of the Firm's office's jurisdiction.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Bar in a U.S. State.Skills:Strong understanding of banking and finance laws and regulations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including elective health benefits, flexible time off, parental leave benefits, and a 401K program.
