Innovate to solve the world's most important challengesResponsible for managing budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and other financial planning and analysis tasks for $1BM Sales businesses. Analyze Budget/Forecast variances to Actual and review with management team, providing with insights into drivers of revenue, risks and opportunities. Development and implementation of tools, systems, and processes to support the successful completion of timely and accurate forecasts. Lead and develop a team of two (2) financial analyst. Business partnership with the PMC General Manger and CFO, Sales, Marketing, and ISC and Business Operations to create increased visibility into operational strategy and performance with the goal of driving speed, quality and cost efficiency.Provide leadership to team of commercial finance professionals to make finance decisions with one of Honeywell businesses. You will play a part and lead others in supporting financial landscape, speed, quality and cost efficiency thru budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting.Key Responsibilities Present to Leadership Training Monthly/weekly reporting AND Month-end closing activities Lead Forecasting Process: SRO, AOP ,STRAP, Estimates and Pulses Partner with Supply Chain GM/Business Leader support, business review, global requirement Real Analytics (Design and Implementation - Adoption) Project manage 90 Adhoc queryWE VALUE Some experience in tax CPA & advance degree with an emphasis in taxation Experience developing forecasts and operating plans Exceptional analytical skills (linking results to drivers) Direct communication with clarity at all levels Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills Self-motivated, results-oriented and assertive individual. The ability to make consistent and timely decisions The ability to quickly identify subtle patterns among issues. Proficiency in Hyperion, Oracle and SAP systems Demonstrated ability to deliver complex solutions without supervision.
