Description:
Job responsibilities and duties include: Adoption Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to increase Stukent's adoption within big institutions, with LMS integration as one of the key approaches. Product Roadmap: Define and maintain a clear product roadmap for integrations, outlining key milestones, features, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. Requirement Gathering: Conduct thorough market research and engage with customers, educators, and industry experts to identify integration requirements and gather valuable feedback for product enhancements. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure effective communication, alignment, and successful execution of integration projects. Prioritization and Planning: Evaluate and prioritize feature requests and integration projects based on business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, and resource constraints. Project Management: Drive end-to-end project management for LMS and other integration initiatives, including defining project scope, coordinating development sprints, conducting testing, and ensuring successful product releases. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with vendors and establish strong relationships to foster collaboration, gather insights, and ensure smooth integration processes. User Experience: Advocate for a seamless user experience by collaborating with design and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, user-friendly, and scalable integrations. Product Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including integration guides, release notes, and user manuals, to facilitate smooth adoption and support for LMS and other integrations. Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer science, Engineering (any field), or any related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained. Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, or knowledge with the following: 1. Software Development Project Management including requirements gathering, prioritization, and delivery. 2. Coordinating Product Development. 3. Product Management. 4. Ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize product performance. 5. Ability to create innovative solutions that impact the customer experience. No Travel; Work from home benefit.
