Ellucian Banner Developer

Description:
Overview Support and maintenance of Ellucian Banner ERP system. Hybrid role - Must currently live in or near the Houston, TX, area. Responsibilities Monitoring, cycling, and troubleshooting of ERP system/applications based on requirements. Manage, maintain, and create ad-hoc queries and reports. Develop automation processes where necessary. Create new/maintain existing system integrations. Support ERP upgrades and patching. Accurately record, update, and document requests using the IT service desk system. Develop, implement and optimize stored procedures, objects (such as tables, indexes, triggers) and functions using PL/SQL. Create and maintain knowledge base articles. Qualifications 5+ years of Banner experience, including operation, administration, and/or software development. PL/SQL technical skills and strong analytical analysis. Banner Workflow, Blackboard / Banner interfacing. DegreeWorks preferred. eVisions preferred. Slate preferred. Bachelor's degree. Full understanding of SDLC. Smart sheets / ServiceNow for project tracking. System Integration (eg. Snaplogic, Boomi, or Mulesoft). Complex systems and procedures automation. SME in several professional disciplines. Requires ability to create processes and procedures. Thought leader. Customer-facing experience, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Excellent written/verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills. Proficient in IT project management, time management, and problem-solving. Eligible to work for any U.S. employer without requiring sponsorship at any time. Hybrid position - must currently reside in or near the Houston, TX, area.
