Job Title: Facilitator Trainer Place of Performance: The Westin Oaks Houston at the Galleria - 5011 Westheimer At, Post Oak Blvd, Houston, TX 77056 Job Type: Part-time Position. Schedule: July 23, 2024 – July 24, 2024 (2 days, 16 hours total) Duties: Conduct in-person facilitation skills training for up to 50 facilitators and trainers. Each training day (8 hours) will consist of 4 hours of learning and 4 hours of practical application. Provide training materials for participants. Teach participants how to recognize group dynamics and engage all behavioral styles within a group. Qualifications: Previous experience in facilitating group sessions or workshops.
