The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience, with a focus on project finance in renewables and conventional power, and additional experience in project development and MA. Duties:Provide legal support and advice on project finance transactions in the energy sector.Draft and negotiate project finance documents, including loan agreements, security agreements, and intercreditor agreements.Conduct due diligence on project finance deals, including reviewing financial documents and conducting legal research.Assist clients in structuring and closing project finance transactions.Advise clients on regulatory and compliance issues related to project finance in the energy industry.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, lenders, and government agencies.Stay informed on developments in project finance law and industry trends.Assist with other legal matters related to project development and MA as needed. Requirements:3-6 years of energy industry experience.Strong background in project finance, including renewables and conventional power.Experience with debt finance transactions.Additional experience with project development and MA is a plus. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for admission. Skills:Strong understanding of project finance principles and transactions.Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
