As the Senior Associate, Partnerships, you will be accountable for providing day-to-day operational management support with both internal and external clients, business partners, and senior-level executives, contributing to the overall success of the Insurance Canada Partnerships team. In this role, you will support the Senior Manager, Partnerships with the execution of various control functions critical to vendor management and third-party risk management, and support the execution of operational strategies/projects to meet departmental objectives of the Non-Creditor Insurance programs. Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: Support effective development and implementation of assigned projects for new/enhanced business initiatives designed to increase customer profitability or service level efficiencies while safeguarding quality and mitigating potential risk Support communication with cross-functional teams to effectively manage project implementation and operational improvements, while adhering to legislative and regulated requirements Manage related project initiatives such as identifying deliverables, developing milestones, setting priorities, implementing schedules/plans to remain on track, coordinating activities, helping facilitate working sessions, and ensure proper workflows/procedures are in place to support new integrated functions Address operational deficiencies with external and internal partners, and ensure customer inquiries are addressed in a timely manner and handled within the establish SLA timelines Develop, create, manage and reconcile all program reports, and investigate report discrepancies. Including daily/weekly and ad hoc reports for management. Complete all regulatory and licensing requirements and/or requests to ensure Insurance Canada is compliant (where applicable) Perform.
