As we continue to grow and expand our product offerings, we are seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the success of our laser technology products. Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of our laser technology product portfolio, defining our value proposition and driving go-to-market strategy. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for shaping product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful product development and commercialization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in laser technology combined with excellent business acumen and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap for laser technology products at our Pro Photonix Laser and Z-Laser business units, aligned with company goals and market trends. Conduct market research and analysis to identify market/customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the laser industry. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams at our locations in Germany and the UK to define product requirements, specifications, and features. Drive the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks, resolve issues, and drive project milestones to meet deadlines.
