They will conduct legal research, draft motions, engage in trial preparation, and maintain communication with clients. Duties:Represent clients in criminal defense and personal injury cases.Conduct legal research and draft motions with precision.Prepare legal documents and engage in trial preparation.Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff to manage case strategies.Maintain timely communication with clients. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.Moot court experience is highly preferred.Strong desire and readiness to try cases in a courtroom setting.Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly valued.
