National Director ofSales AnADP client is currently recruiting for an experienced individual to be our next NationalDirector of Sales to join our team in our Houston, TX location. Thisis a home-based role for candidates living in Dallas, TX OR Miami, FL areas andable to travel 50% of their time to other parts of the USA and Latin Americas. Who WeAre : CBI was founded in 2001 as an importer nineexotic and tropical products. Our foundation is based on providing culturallyrick products which display our diverse ethnic familiarity. In 2003, we expandedour product portfolio with recognized worldwide brands including Diana andother brands. Diana is recognized throughout Central American for its full lineof quality snacks to which we became the exclusive importer for productsdeveloped for the US market. Aboutthe Role : TheNational Sales Director role is responsible for planning, organizing, andcoordinating sales operations, as well as teams, to achieve sustained growththat allows achieving sales goals and compliance with expense budgets in anefficient and profitable manner, in the accounts under their influence. Ensurecompliance with all processes, policies, and procedures at the National USAlevel under your responsibility based on the guidelines established by the company. What YouWill Do : Core dutiesand responsibilities include the following. Lead theEast, Central and West Zone sales management. Each zone has a territory salesmanager, team leaders and merchandisers that works in stores and retailers. Follow upon the management of the commercial system through indicators. Rationallymanage resources according to the assigned budget Executethe plans and objectives of the commercial area presented. Define andassign objectives to your work team. Evaluate, coordinate,and motivate the performance of the staff in charge based on the establishedobjectives. Manageresults based on budgets and objectives. Executeactions that increase the customer base. Developand guarantee a culture of customer service based on defined processes. Collectmarket information from the competition for its respective analysis. Analyzeand design the incursion into new channels, markets, or territories. Raiseawareness of the sales forecast based on the distributors' requirements. Executespecial sales campaigns for products that require a specific boost. Representthe company at various commercial activities or events of corporate interest. Coordinatewith marketing and trade marketing activities and promotions that ensure the proposedobjectives. Follow upon growth plans for clients assigned to your sales territory. Performsother related duties as assigned by supervisor or management. OurPerfect Candidate Education and Experience: Bachelor'sdegree in marketing or business. Atleast 8 to 10 years' experience in similar roles in Sales as a MarketingManager, OR Sales, Marketing with emphasis on sales strategies. Provenleadership capabilities experience is required. Experiencein managing sales across various regions of the USA in the Americanmulticultural market as a national or regional business manager. Solidbackground in the retail distribution of food snacks and beverages, with aparticular focus on the Spanish market and its products. Experienced in marketing of food products and/or massconsumption is extremely preferred. Skilledin negotiating with distributors. Musthave knowledge of category, buyer, channel, and client experience. Experiencedin managing a business with annual sales of at least $100 million budget. RequiredAbilities and Skills: Abilityto thrive in both strategic and tactical environments. Managementof Microsoft Office Programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. MUST BE Bilingual in Englishand Spanish . CompanyOffers: Competitive salary range, commensurate withexperience and education. Example:Monthly base salary would be $12,000-$14,000, plus $1,400 - $2,000 Commission Christmas bonus (Includes one month's salary). Performance bonus (Includes up to 2 month'ssalary upon achieving personal and company goals).
