Women's DirectorPosition SummaryThe Women's Ministry Coordinator is a dynamic, compassionate, and organized individual whoplays a vital role in nurturing women's spiritual growth and fellowship within our churchcommunity. This position encompasses a blend of pastoral care, event coordination, andcommunity outreach, with a special focus on integrating senior adult ministry into our women'sprograms. The ideal candidate is passionate about fostering a welcoming, supportive, andChrist-centered environment where women of all ages can connect, grow, and thrive in theirfaith.Key Responsibilities- Serve as a supportive aide to women needing prayer and spiritual guidance, ensuring acompassionate and confidential approach to pastoral care.- Welcome members and guests at the Connection Center, providing warm greetings andessential information about church activities and resources.- Invite and encourage new guests to participate in the women's Bible studies, highlighting theTuesday morning sessions from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM as a key opportunity for spiritual growthand fellowship.- Design and produce effective marketing materials to promote women's events, leveragingdigital and traditional platforms to reach a broad audience.- Collaborate with other women's ministries within and outside the church to foster a sense ofunity, share best practices, and coordinate joint initiatives.- Provide biblical counsel to individuals seeking guidance, offering wisdom grounded inScripture and a heart attuned to the Holy Spirit's leading.- Facilitate and support the organization of various women's events, such as book clubs,potlucks, tea parties, and other gatherings, ensuring they reflect the church's mission andvalues.- Empower and equip women to take on leadership roles within the church, providing themwith the necessary support and resources to succeed in their service.Qualifications- A deep, personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a strong foundation in biblical principles.- Must not be a recent convert but be seasoned in the faith.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with womenfrom diverse backgrounds and age groups.- Experience in event planning, marketing, and/or ministry leadership is highly desirable.- A heart for service and a willingness to step in where needed to support the churchcommunity.- Ability to work collaboratively with church staff, volunteers, and ministry partners.This is a part-time position requiring flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, toaccommodate ministry activities and events.How to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a cover letter sharing your vision for women's ministry and yourexperience in serving others.
