Job Description: Your Texas Patio is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales for our premium patio and deck construction services. This position offers a competitive base salary, commission structure, and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling in the Houston area. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, homeowners' associations, and other potential clients. Conduct on-site consultations and assessments to understand clients' needs, preferences, and budget requirements. Develop customized proposals and presentations to showcase our services, products, and value propositions. Collaborate with our design and construction teams to ensure accurate project estimates and timelines. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients to secure new business. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond, fostering long-term client relationships. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications: Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets consistently. Proficiency in using sales tools. Familiarity with the Construction Industry Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the Houston area as needed.
