With at least 3 years of recruiting experience, particularly in the Consulting and Professional Services industry, you should possess a proven track record in candidate sourcing and talent pipeline building. Your knack for effective interviewing and documentation will be crucial in identifying top-notch talent. From attracting candidates to navigating evolving hiring needs with enthusiasm and accountability, your ability to stay focused and adaptable will be paramount. Clear communication skills are essential, as is the ability to engage with clients and colleagues effectively.
