Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, opening new files, ordering supplies, managing mail and deliveries, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations. Responsibilities: • Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information• Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries • Make appointments for employees and ensure the calendar is current and correct• Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc. • Open new files• Draft simple correspondence• Order supplies• Maintain reception area and conference rooms Qualifications: • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office• 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred• Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations• Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent• Bilingual preferred: Spanish/English Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly About Company: We are a law firm and investor-friendly title company that offers closing and title services for Texas residential and commercial real estate transactions on behalf of the American Title Company of Houston.
