The ideal candidate will have expertise in estate, wealth, and tax planning, particularly with high-net-worth individuals, families, and privately-owned companies.Duties:Provide legal counsel and support on estate planning matters for clients.Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.Conduct legal research and analysis related to estate and tax laws.Advise clients on business succession planning and asset protection strategies.Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex estate planning cases.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and goals.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for admission by waiver.Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law or working toward eligibility for Board Certification.Minimum of 2+ years of experience in estate planning law.Strong analytical aptitude and attention to detail.Excellent writing credentials with experience drafting legal documents.Compelling interpersonal and communication skills.Preferred Skills:Background in tax law with knowledge of estate and gift tax planning.Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families.Familiarity with business succession planning and asset protection strategies.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law or working toward eligibility for Board Certification.Skills:Strong analytical aptitudeExcellent writing credentialsCompelling interpersonal and communication skills Representing clients across the U.S., this firm has grown into a nationally known firm since 1912.
