Position Overview: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support. Manage and oversee commercial lines accounts, including processing renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. Prepare and present insurance proposals, quotes, and policy renewals to clients. Provide support and guidance to clients regarding policy coverage, risk management, and claims handling. Collaborate closely with the production and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and cross-sell additional products. Process new policies, renewals, and changes to existing policies, ensuring accurate and timely completion. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and coverage options to offer clients the best solutions. Utilize industry-specific software, including Applied/Epic and CSR24, to manage accounts and process transactions. Work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, taking on additional responsibilities as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience in commercial lines insurance, with a strong understanding of industry practices and terminology. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience using Applied/Epic (Agency Management Software) and CSR24 (Certificate Processing Software) is a plus. Current Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or relevant coursework is a plus.
