Position: Spanish Bilingual Team Member Location: Spring Branch. Type: Full-time Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities: As a Spanish bilingual team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication and exceptional care for our Spanish-speaking patients and the sales process.Providing a warm and welcoming environment for patients and their families.Communicating with patients in Spanish to explain medical procedures, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions.Assisting medical staff with translation during examinations and procedures.Collaborating with fellow team members to ensure seamless patient care.Upholding patient confidentiality and privacy at all times. Qualifications:Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.• Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.• Compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach.
