We're looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to maintain client accounts and serve as our main point of contact for commercial landscaping needs. This role's success hinges on continuous communication with accounts, aiming to maximize client satisfaction and retention through informing them about available products and services that can elevate their landscape's quality. Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs. Establish and maintain healthy relationships with clients or representatives for repeat business and referrals. Develop a thorough understanding of products and services to upsell value to the client’s landscape. Address and resolve challenging client requests and issues in a timely and professional manner. Ensure that all jobs meet both Mackey Services and client expectations, upholding Mackey Services standards. Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure all customer requests are met. Clearly communicate and provide reports on the progress of accounts. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of account management experience in horticulture. Valid Driver’s License – Clean Driving Record Ability to walk for periods of time on uneven surfaces in inclement weather. Skill and Knowledge Proven successful work experience as an Account Manager. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client expectations. Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Aspire). Why Join Us?
