Summary The Department of Surgery in Baylor College of Medicine, Division of Congenital Heart Surgery, is seeking a Congenital Cardiac Surgeon for a full time academic position.Baylor (bcm.edu) is recognized as one of the nations premier academic health science centers and is known for excellence in education, research, and healthcare and community service. Located in the heart of the worlds largest medical center (Texas Medical Center), Baylor is affiliated with multiple educational, healthcare and research affiliates (bcmabout:us/affiliates) The Division of Congenital Heart Surgery is one of the leading Pediatric Heart Programs in the nation in terms of volume and quality outcomes. Position Responsibilities: - This position will work primarily in Texas Childrens Hospital- There are opportunities to participate in clinical, research and/or teaching activity as prescribed by Chief of the Division Position Qualifications: - Licensed to practice medicine in Texas by agreed upon start date- Experienced Congenital Cardiac Surgeon with Board Certification or relevant residency and fellowship training Baylor College of Medicine is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action/Equal Access Employer.
