Job Title: Pastor - Small Groups and Congregational LifeAre you an experienced ministry leader passionate about helping others deepen their faith and connect with their community? Look no further! We are currently seeking an Associate Pastor to join our team at LLMC.As our Pastor of Small Groups and Congregational Life, you will work closely with our Lead Pastor to support our church's vision and mission. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing our small group ministry, creating opportunities for congregational life and connection. You will also be a key player in creating and executing service plans, managing social media and web presence, and working with the staff and congregation to achieve the church's objectives.To succeed in this role, you must hold a Bachelors Degree in Biblical studies or a related field. You must be a self-starter with a solid work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. As an integral member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills, grow your career, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our congregation.
