Practice Area: Energy - Renewables - Transactional, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 5 Years, A law firm in Houston specializing in energy and infrastructure transactions seeks a skilled Mid-Senior Energy Transactional Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and interpersonal abilities, along with extensive experience in financing and/or private MA transactions. Duties:Handle a variety of energy and infrastructure transactional matters, including financing and private MA transactions.Provide legal counsel and support to clients on project and energy financing.Assist in energy and infrastructure-related MA transactions.Navigate tax equity and/or IRA credit matters as they pertain to transactions.Conduct legal research and analysis as required. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the New York, District of Columbia Bar, or Texas Bar, active and in good standing.5-6 years of experience in Energy and Infrastructure transactions.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proven experience in financing and/or private MA transactions.Preferred experience in project and energy financing and/or energy and infrastructure-related MA transactions. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the New York, District of Columbia Bar, or Texas Bar, active and in good standing. Skills:Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of energy and infrastructure transactions.Ability to handle complex legal matters efficiently and effectively.
