The Associate Attorney will utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle financing and private MA transactions. Preferred experience includes project and energy financing, energy-related MA transactions, and tax equity or IRA credit experience. Duties:Handle financing and private MA transactionsAssist with project and energy financing transactionsParticipate in energy and infrastructure-related MA transactionsManage tax equity and/or IRA credit mattersCommunicate effectively with clients and colleaguesConduct legal research and analysis as neededDraft and review legal documents and contractsProvide support on various transactional mattersAssist with due diligence processesPerform other job-related duties as assigned Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the Texas Bar, active and in good standing2-3 years of experience with energy and infrastructure transactionsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience with financing and private MA transactionsPreferred experience with project and energy financing, energy-related MA transactions, and tax equity or IRA credit matters
